  • Fencing and Signage: Installed new wood panel fencing with a lighter stain and matching wood elements for tall tenant directory and marquee signs.

  • Cleaning and Repairs: Professionally pressure washed the entire park and repaired or replaced all loose and damaged metal.

The project spanned three full buildings and over 57,000 square feet, all completed within the tight 90-day timeline.
